He has also published extensively in medical literature, with over 35 articles appearing in peer-reviewed journals. His highly acclaimed second book entitled THE FACE OF THE FUTURE: Look Natural, Not Plastic was released in 2012.

Dr. Andrew Jacono and his staff are dedicated to providing natural results and rapid recoveries after his New York facelift and New York rhinoplasty using the most advanced and up-to-date techniques. There are many different types of facelifts that Dr. Jacono performs including S type short incision mini face lift, endoscopic midface lift, deep plane face lifts, and full face lifts. Each facelift procedure is customized to the individual patient, allowing for long-lasting, natural results. Dr Jacono uses techniques which address the deeper tissue, allowing for less bruising and swelling.

Eyelid lift surgery, or blepharoplasty, is a surgery designed to treat the signs of aging around the eye area, including excess hooding skin, bags under the eyes and deep under eye circles.  Using minimally-invasive techniques, often with incisions hidden inside the eyelids, Dr. Jacono removes excess skin and fat from the upper and lower eyelids in order to improve the appearance of sagging and puffiness.

Nose surgery, or rhinoplasty, is one of Dr. Jacono’s specialties, and he stresses natural looking results.  He can perform New York rhinoplasty as a closed or open approach. The appearance of the nose can be improved by removal of a hump, decreasing the nostril width, changing in the angle between the nose and mouth, and the correction of certain injuries, birth defects or other problems which may negatively affect breathing.

In addition to his aesthetic work, Dr. Jacono is the Senior Advisor to FACE TO FACE, a national project offering pro-bono consultation and plastic surgery to victims of domestic violence. Dr. Jacono’s work with domestic violence victims was chronicled in the television series Facing Trauma on the Oprah Winfrey Network.   Dr. Jacono is a surgical team leader for Healing the Children, which helps children throughout the world with limited medical and financial resources receive surgeries including cleft lip and palate reconstruction.  He has travelled on over 10 missions to third world countries, including Colombia, Ecuador, Thailand, and Belize, and treated over 500 children
