AAFPRS fellows and members may use the Academy’s logo (FACIAL PLASTIC SURGERY) for advertising, Web sites, stationery, yellow page ads, etc. Members must submit their request in writing along with a sample the ad, stationery, etc. Once the request is approved, an agreement form must be signed and faxed back to the AAFPRS office. A camera-ready copy of the logo will be e-mailed or mailed to the member. To request use of the logo, e-mail rcmagness@aafprs.org.
