Health and Safety | Assumption of Risk
The AAFPRS Foundation is thrilled to host the International Symposium of Facial Plastic Surgery as an in-person event. While we will make reasonable efforts to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission on site, we cannot guarantee that attendees will not become exposed to or infected with the virus as a result of attending in this meeting.
- The AAFPRS Foundation strongly encourages all attendees to be tested for COVID prior to traveling to the meeting, even if fully vaccinated.
- We also encourage all eligible meeting participants to be fully vaccinated and boosted prior to traveling to this meeting.
- By registering for this meeting, you agree that you will not attend if you are experiencing, or within 10 days prior to the event have experienced, signs or symptoms of COVID-19. You also agree not attend if you believe you may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for your treatment.
- By registering for this event, you acknowledge and understand the inherent risk of exposure to and/or the contraction of the COVID-19 virus and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
