Exhibit fee includes the following:

  • 8'x10' booth with pipe and drape
  • Booth identification sign
  • Aisle maintenance and perimeter security
  • Conference registration for up to three (3) company representatives per 8’ x 10’ booth
  • Exclusive exhibit hours: Welcome Reception, lunches, and daily breaks
  • Company name, booth number, web address, and company description in the On-Site Program Guide to go in each attendee registration tote bag
  • Recognition on conference website (company name with hyperlink to website)
  • Attendee list with name and addresses sent to you two weeks before the meeting and again, a final list, a week after the meeting (this list may NOT necessarily include emails)

Note: The booth fee does not include tables and chairs and any other furnishings. The Exhibit Hall is carpeted.
