 In-aisle Booth:  $3,200  $3,400

Exhibit fee includes the following:
  • 10’ x 10’  booth with pipe and drape
  • Booth identification sign
  • Aisle maintenance and perimeter security
  • Conference registration for up to three (3) company representatives per 10’ x 10’ booth (see page 5 for booth staff rules & regulations for attending this meeting)
  • Exclusive exhibit hours, Welcome Reception, lunches, and daily breaks
  • Company name, address, booth number, and company description in the On-Site Program Guide to go in each attendee registration bag
  • Recognition on conference website (company name and logo with hyperlink to website)
  • Attendee list with name and addresses sent to you two weeks before the meeting and again, a final list, a week after the meeting (this list may NOT necessarily include emails)

Note: The booth fee does NOT include tables, chairs or any other furnishings. The exhibit hall is carpeted.  

Exhibit Schedule
Exhibitors may begin set-up on Wednesday, April 3 at 3:00 PM and Thursday, April 4 at 6:30 AM. All booths must be set-up and ready for the show by 9:00 AM on Thursday.
