Registration Categories & Benefits
Individuals must register and pay the appropriate fees to attend any portion of the meeting. Violations of this policy will result in removal from the meeting.

The Attendee Registration Package includes admission to all education sessions and complimentary workshops/demos, luncheons, coffee breaks and receptions, as well as access to the Exhibit Hall and satellite symposia and any special events that don't require additional fees. This registration category also provides the opportunity to earn CME.

  • Some workshops require an additional fee; participation in labs and workshops is only offered to registered conference participants.

  • Individuals registered as Non-Exhibiting Industry Representatives or Exhibit Company Representatives may attend the luncheons, coffee breaks, and receptions, and may visit the Exhibit Hall. This registration category does not allow for participation in any education sessions/workshops and is NOT eligible to earn or claim CME.

RATES & DISCOUNTS

  • You must be an AAFPRS member in good standing at the time of registration to receive the member rate. Applicants approved for membership after registering for the meeting will not be refunded the difference between the member and non-member rates.

  • Refunds will NOT be issued for the selection of incorrect registration categories. If you choose to register under the wrong category (non-member, resident, speaker, etc.) before verification, the difference will not be refunded; but instead applied as a credit to your account. If you are uncertain about your membership status, or whether you are an invited speaker/moderator, PLEASE WAIT and contact education@AAFPRS.org before registering for the meeting.

  • GROUP REGISTRATIONS: Groups that wish to register five (5) or more people, may be eligible to receive a group discount; please contact us at education@AAFPRS.org before registering. Discount is valid only for groups from the same office/practice.
     
  • DISCOUNT CODES/SPECIAL OFFERS: The AAFPRS Foundation may offer special promotions or discounts on registration. Promo codes must be entered and applied at the time of registration. Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds or retroactive price adjustments will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase.. Discount codes cannot be used on already reduced registration categories, such as the speaker or guest registration fees.
REGISTRATION ELIGIBILITY

AAFPRS Foundation meetings and educational activities are intended for–and only open to–surgeons, advanced practice providers, office staff and healthcare industry professionals who specialize (and work in an official capacity) in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine, Dermatology, Maxillofacial Surgery, Oculoplastic Surgery, Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and Plastic Surgery. You must meet these requirements to register and participate in this event.

  • Registrations will be reviewed to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria; your registration is considered pending until eligibility has been confirmed.

  • The AAFPRS Foundation reserves the right to deny registration/admission, cancel ineligible registrations, and/or to remove any person or company from its meetings/events at any time and for any reason, if, at its sole discretion, the Foundation deems their purpose or participation may be disruptive to the spirit of the event. The AAFPRS Foundation shall not be held accountable for any outside fees (hotel, travel, etc.) associated with any such cancellation.

  • To ensure maximum benefit and a positive experience for all attendees, conference participants must read and adhere to AAFPRS’ Code of Conduct/Anti-Harassment Policy.

  • By completing the registration form on behalf of another individual you warrant that you have made the participant aware of AAFPRS’ Code of Conduct/Anti-Harassment Policy, and all other registration-related policies, and that the individual understands and has accepted these terms and conditions for participation in the meeting.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY


All cancellations must be made in writing to education@aafprs.org.

  • A full refund, less a 25% processing fee per registrant, will be granted for cancellation requests received on or before June 30, 2025.
  • A 50% refund is available for cancellations received between July 1 and August 31, 2025. Refunds will not be granted after this date. No-shows are responsible for full payment.
  • Participants acknowledge that the refund policy set forth above (as applicable) is the sole remedy in respect to an attendee registration cancellation.

PRIVACY POLICY: ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy can be found on our website, and describes what information we collect, how it is used, how you can control the use of your data and certain other matters. Please contact us at info@aafprs.org with any questions or concerns about our Privacy Policy or about any communications you receive from us.

The AAFPRS Foundation shares data with third-party vendors to process registrations, provide access to the mobile app, print badges, etc. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, job title, email, and AAFPRS record number. By registering for this event, you consent to such sharing of information between AAFPRS or the AAFPRS Foundation and its third-party vendors.

To support event planning and provide attendees with negotiated room rates, the AAFPRS Foundation and its official conference hotel(s) will also provide one another with access to basic attendee/guest information. This includes attendee names and emails, and reservation details such as confirmation numbers and the number of room nights booked. This information exchange is solely for operational purposes related to the event. By registering for this event, you consent to such sharing of information between AAFPRS or the AAFPRS Foundation and the designated hotel(s).

We will not sell or lease a conference participants personal data to a third-party company; however, there are certain circumstances where we may share your personal data without additional notice to you.
