REGISTRATION INFORMATION

As a participant in this event you to agree to adhere to ALL AAFPRS Policies, Rules and Waivers , which should be viewed here.

Registration Categories & Benefits
Individuals must register and pay the appropriate fees to attend any portion of the meeting. Violations of this policy will result in removal from the meeting.

The Attendee Registration Package includes admission to all education sessions and complimentary workshops/demos, luncheons, coffee breaks and receptions, as well as access to the Exhibit Hall and any special events that don't require additional fees. This registration category also provides the opportunity to earn CME.

  • Some workshops require an additional fee; participation in labs and workshops is only offered to registered conference participants.

  • Individuals registered as Non-Exhibiting Industry Representatives or Exhibit Booth Representatives may attend the luncheons, coffee breaks, and receptions, and may visit the Exhibit Hall. This registration category does not allow for participation in any education sessions/workshops and is NOT eligible to earn or claim CME.

SPECIAL RATES & DISCOUNTS

  • You must be an AAFPRS member in good standing at the time of registration to receive the member rateApplicants approved for membership after registering for the meeting will not be refunded the difference between the member and non-member rates.

  • Refunds will NOT be issued for the selection of incorrect registration categories. If you choose to register under the wrong category (non-member, resident, speaker, etc.) before verification, the difference will not be refunded; but instead applied as a credit to your account. If you are uncertain about your membership status, or whether you are an invited speaker/moderator, PLEASE WAIT and contact education@AAFPRS.org before registering for the meeting.

  • GROUP REGISTRATIONS: Groups that wish to register five (5) or more people, may be eligible to receive a group discount; please contact us at education@AAFPRS.org before registering. Discount is valid only for groups from the same office/practice.
     
  • DISCOUNT CODES/SPECIAL OFFERS: The AAFPRS Foundation may offer special promotions or discounts on registration. Promo codes must be entered and applied at the time of registration. Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds or retroactive price adjustments will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received or advertised after the initial purchase.. Discount codes cannot be used on already reduced registration categories, such as the speaker or guest registration fees.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY


  • All cancellations must be made in writing to education@aafprs.org.

    • Participants acknowledge that the refund policy set forth below (as applicable) is the sole, exclusive remedy with respect to an attendee’s registration cancellation.

    • Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. To cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly.

    • A refund equal to 75% of the total registration fees paid will be issued for cancellations received on or before June 30, 2026.

    • A refund equal to 50% of the total registration fees paid will be issued for cancellations received between July 1 and August 31, 2026.

    • Refunds will not be granted after August 31, 2026. “No-shows” and cancellations on or after September 1, 2026, are responsible for the full registration fee.
