To qualify for the IFFPSS registration rate, you must email proof of your society membership to education@aafprs.org prior to registering for this event.
To qualify for the Speaker rates, you must be an invited speaker or faculty member for this program.
To qualify for the Non-Physician Speaker rates, you must be an invited speaker or faculty member for this program. No CME is awarded under this registration category.
To qualify for the Resident discounted rates, you must submit a letter of verification from your Residency Program Director or Academic Institution (on official letterhead) stating you are currently enrolled in a residency program or are pursuing a medical degree. Letter must be emailed to education@aafprs.org. Additional documentation or information may be requested.
To qualify for the Medical Student discounted rates, you must submit a letter of verification from your Academic Institution (on official letterhead) stating you are currently enrolled and pursuing a medical degree. Letter must be emailed to education@aafprs.org. Additional documentation or information may be requested.
This registration category is only available to advanced care providers, registered nurses, physician's assistants, office staff and administrative personnel.
To qualify for this rate, guest must be a non-physician spouse, companion, significant other or family member of a registered attendee.
