CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing to education@aafprs.org.
- Participants acknowledge that the refund policy set forth below (as applicable) is the sole, exclusive remedy with respect to an attendee’s registration cancellation.
- Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. To cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly.
- A refund equal to 75% of the total registration fees paid will be issued for cancellations received on or before June 30, 2026.
- A refund equal to 50% of the total registration fees paid will be issued for cancellations received between July 1 and August 31, 2026.
- Refunds will not be granted after August 31, 2026. “No-shows” and cancellations on or after September 1, 2026, are responsible for the full registration fee.
