AI Notetaking Tool Policy: During virtual meetings and webinars, the use of any AI notetaking tools is prohibited. Participants are expected to rely on traditional methods of notetaking to ensure the confidentiality and security of the discussion.

Unauthorized Recording or Broadcasting Prohibited: Photography, screenshots, audio or video recording, livestreaming, or any other form of capture or distribution of content from AAFPRS Foundation meetings, webinars, or related events—whether held in person or virtually—is strictly prohibited, without prior written consent from the AAFPRS Foundation.

Professional Conduct Policy: The AAFPRS Foundation’s Code of Conduct applies to all AAFPRS-sponsored meetings, webinars, and related activities, whether conducted in person or through virtual platforms. The Code is designed to ensure a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. Everyone should feel welcome, safe, and able to participate fully without fear of harassment, discrimination, or other unprofessional conduct.

Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable. Registrants will receive access to the on-demand recording following the live session.
