This webinar will include two presentations: "The Illusion of volume loss /the etiology of aging" and "Deep Plane Rhytidectomy to Vertical Platysma Advancements; from novice to expert. The webinar will present the foundation of facial aging based on multiple published studies on the etiology of facial aging by Neil A Gordon, MD and segue in the second presentation to the concepts of deep-plane rhytidectomy.  As one of the pioneers of this technique the academic validity as well as the technique for novices as well as the advancements and nuances for experienced practitioners that created there vertical platysma advancement will be defined in detail.

About Dr. Gordon

Dr. Gordon is internationally recognized for primary and revision facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty.  As an early pioneer of the Deep Plane Facelift, he advanced this technique by developing the Vertical Platysma Advancement, and his advance of browlift technique, the Vertical Galea Advancement.  He has presented his advancements of the technique and his published research on the etiology of facial aging as the key-note speaker on five continents
